Experience
Mr. Satyanarayana has worked for 36 years in various capacities with Bank of Baroda and retired as a Deputy General Manager. His banking sector experience includes Forex Operations/ Forex Dealings / Branch Management, Corporate Finance / MSME Finance/ International Trade Finance/ Syndicated Loans/ Buyers Credit/ ECBs/ Bank Guarantees.
He also has 4 years overseas experience in Bank of Baroda, International Branch Operations at Brussels, Belgium.
He has worked as a DGM & Head-Integrated SME Loan Factory, Ahmedabad and was responsible for MSME Loans processing and Sanctions for Ahmedabad Zone.
He has handled DRT Cases for recovery and matters under SARFAESI, Insolvency Proceedings under IBC –NCLT cases, Letters of Credit under UCP 600/URC 725, Legal Audit, Scrutiny of Legal Opinions., etc. His experience also includes documentation for Retail/Corporate Loans/Bank Guarantees/Working Capital/Trade Finance (Inland & Foreign).
