Experience
Abhishek studied law at the prestigious Army Institute of Law, Mohali and joined the profession of law in the year 2008. He has diversified experience in various spheres of law and regularly appears before various courts and forums, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various other High Courts across the country together with National & State Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and District Courts in and around Delhi.
As an Advocate, he has successfully and independently argued many cases in various forums across the country on matters concerning Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, Property Disputes, Indirect Tax, Criminal Law & Arbitration, amongst others.
Abhishek has also been a Panel Counsel/Legal Advisor to Banaras Hindu University & Central Government (Union of India) for the Supreme Court of India & Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (Gujarat Court).
