Experience
Vinita has more than 30 years of experience as a practicing lawyer with specialization and expertise in Debts Recovery Laws, SARFAESI proceedings, IBC, Company laws, and Arbitration. She heads the litigation practice in the Banking & Insolvency, Corporate and General Litigation.
She represents the firm’s clients in various matters before the High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), City Civil Court, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. Vinita also has considerable expertise in drafting and advising on matters relating to Wills, Trusts, Probate & other Testamentary and Property matters.
Prior to joining Orbit Law Services, she was associated with Late Mr. N.D. Hombalkar, Senior Advocate at the Bombay High Court.
