Experience
Zahid has more than 18 years of experience in the field of Real Estate, Title Search, Land Acquisition, Land Conversion, Development Permissions etc. He has played key role in land acquisition of hundreds of Acres of land parcels in 17 Indian states for various corporate projects. His repertoire of work experience also includes facilitating streamlining of financial facilities by perfecting security till the ROC, CERSAI, PMR, HMR fillings in favour of national and international financial institutions. He has been actively involved in contentious drafting, negotiation and finalization of various legal documentations including RFP, RFQ, Concession Agreement and various other corporate commercial transactions and rendering opinions and advice on Central and State specific laws and regulations in this regard including stamp duties. Zahid also worked on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects with various organizations including Food Corporation of India (FCI), NABARD and also handled litigations related to National & State Highways land acquisition compensation.
Before joining Orbit Law Services, Zahid was associated with National Commodities Management Services Ltd. as a Deputy Vice Precedent- Legal & Compliance for Group of Companies and Head-Legal for NCML Finance Pvt. Ltd.

- LL.B. from G.J. Advani Law College, Mumbai University
- PGDHRD. from All India Institute of Management Studies
